Cancellation Policy
Cancellations made less than 48 hours and no shows will owe the full amount, no exceptions. If I do not receive your 24 hour email confirmation reply in the set amount of time, it is considered a late cancellation on your part. Late cancellation fees and no show fees can be paid by PayPal or by cash in person. If late cancellation fee is not paid in full unfortunately you will not be able to make a reservation with me in the future. Arriving later than 15 minutes to an appointment is considered as a no show. All online payments are non refundable. Failure to reply to your initial email confirmation in the set amount of time is taken as a cancellation on your part, forfeiting any payment made. I do not reschedule so if you'd like to change the date and time you may cancel and submit a new reservation request. I reserve the right to cancel a reservation if I feel that my safety is at risk.
